David earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida, his professional life coach certification from the Coach Training Alliance in Denver, CO, and is earning his Master of Addiction Counseling degree at the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies in Center City, MN. David gained his life’s experiences and awareness as a pit trader, entrepreneur, and venture capital investor, as well as from his intensive tenure in the hierarchical world of a global investment bank. Upon “succeeding” at each stage in his professional life, David tired of life’s seemingly impossible mandate to relentlessly strive to get further ahead in life at almost any cost rather than reveling in life as we know it. He divested himself of all of his business holdings and began his pursuit of a more enjoyable and rewarding life, ultimately leading him to his passion - articulating to his life coaching clients a process whereby they can focus and expand their presence and vision while succeeding in all that they attempt. David’s business success, coaching experiences, and education, as well as his understanding of addiction and empathy towards those afflicted with and affected by this disease, allow him to bring his accurate empathic understanding and the hope of recovery to families and addicts alike.
