CAST provides clients with an opportunity to work at Black Sheep Industries, a web development company that produces and manages content on websites. The Black Sheep internship program allows clients the ability to acquire new professional skills within a sober and supportive community. Interns of our program learn important skills such as:

Our internship program is an ideal environment for people in recovery to identify their interests, expand their talents, and build self-esteem. Each intern’s strengths, areas for growth, and goals are considered, and customized work opportunities are provided. Interns compose news articles, blog, produce videos, create art and music, design jewelry, event plan, develop computer programs, and participate in other creative ventures related to wellness and recovery. Black Sheep interns are able to utilize their experiences in our program to successfully pursue their own career aspirations, developing portfolios, résumés, and references that advance them in their education or employment.
