Alternative Sentencing

Many times drug addicts and alcoholics will have problems with the law during their time abusing drugs and alcohol. When addicts and alcoholics become sober their legal problems do not disappear. Legal issues need to be taken care of immediately in order to hopefully avoid incarceration or other penalties from the court. CAST Recovery understands this and is experienced in working with clients who have pending court cases and wish to work a program of recovery in lieu of serving jail time. CAST Recovery works one on one with each client to figure out what they need to do to minimize sentencing and make the courts happy. CAST is dedicated to showing the courts that our clients are making positive life changes and turning their lives around by taking responsibility for their actions and cleaning up and learning from past mistakes.
